The Opportunity

As the Social Media Manager, you’ll lead the company’s global social media strategy across multiple platforms, creating engaging campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, grow online communities, showcase industry-leading casino products, and drive meaningful engagement with players, partners, and the wider gaming community. Working closely with the Marketing, Product, Creative, CRM, and Commercial teams, you’ll bring the brand to life through compelling storytelling, innovative campaigns, and real-time content that reflects the latest trends shaping the iGaming industry.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a creative social media strategy aligned with the company’s global marketing and commercial objectives.
  • Create engaging, platform-first content across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging digital platforms.
  • Manage the day-to-day content calendar, ensuring consistent, relevant, and timely publishing across all social channels.
  • Build, engage, and grow online communities through meaningful interaction and proactive community management.
  • Create real-time content around new game launches, industry events, company milestones, and trending topics within the iGaming space.
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid social media campaigns to maximise brand reach, engagement, and audience growth.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse audience behaviour, and use data-driven insights to continuously optimise content and strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal Creative, Product, CRM, and Commercial teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging digital trends, competitor activity, and best practices within the global iGaming industry.

Requirements for this role:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing social media for an iGaming, Online Casino, Gaming Supplier, or Digital Entertainment brand.
  • Proven experience growing social communities and delivering measurable engagement and campaign success.
  • Strong understanding of organic social strategy, paid social advertising, and platform algorithms.
  • Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills with the ability to produce engaging, shareable content.
  • Experience using social media management, scheduling, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A genuine passion for digital marketing, content creation, and the ever-evolving world of iGaming.
