We are representing a growing multi-brand iGaming operator seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, customer acquisition, and retention strategy across multiple regulated markets.

What You Will Do:
As Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of the global marketing strategy, driving customer acquisition, retention, brand awareness, and commercial performance across multiple regulated markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Define KPIs and manage performance across all marketing channels
- Drive player acquisition through performance marketing initiatives
- Optimise conversion funnels, customer journeys, and acquisition performance
- Lead CRM strategy across retention, reactivation, and lifecycle marketing
- Establish and strengthen brand positioning across target markets
- Ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution across all channels
- Lead creative direction and campaign development
- Manage affiliate programmes and strategic partnership initiatives
- Negotiate commercial agreements and optimise partner performance
- Use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness
- Oversee attribution models, reporting frameworks, and marketing performance analysis
- Collaborate with Product, Compliance, and wider business stakeholders to align growth strategies
- Support market localisation and expansion initiatives through customer and market insights

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded marketing leader with extensive experience within the iGaming industry and a strong understanding of regulated markets.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within iGaming
- Strong understanding of regulated gaming markets
- Expertise across performance marketing, CRM, retention, and affiliate marketing
- Experience driving customer acquisition and sustainable growth strategies
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking
- Experience scaling marketing functions within high-growth environments
- Strong understanding of compliance and responsible gaming requirements
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution
