Head of Marketing – Betting, iGaming & Gambling job – Highly competitive salary – Mexico

The Role

A senior commercial marketing position responsible for driving growth, customer acquisition and retention, while shaping the overall marketing strategy for the Mexican market. The role will also oversee budgets, team development and the delivery of measurable commercial results.


Your Key Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the market’s marketing and growth strategy.

  • Drive acquisition, retention and customer engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee CRM, Affiliates, Content and Digital Marketing.

  • Manage marketing budgets and optimise investment.

  • Use market, customer and competitor insights to identify growth opportunities.

  • Develop the brand and strengthen its market position.

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team.

  • Establish KPIs and measure marketing performance and ROI.

  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Finance and senior leadership.

  • Translate business objectives into actionable marketing plans and measurable outcomes.

Requirements for this role:

  • Proven leadership experience across marketing, growth or customer acquisition.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, affiliates and acquisition channels.

  • Experience managing teams, budgets and commercially significant projects.

  • Strong analytical and commercial decision-making skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

  • Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management abilities.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
