About the role:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of digital marketing performance across acquisition, retention, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for building and executing multi-channel campaigns that support brand visibility, customer growth, and long-term loyalty.
You will work closely with CRM, product, and other internal stakeholders to ensure digital strategy aligns with broader commercial objectives and customer journey priorities. This role requires someone who can think strategically, execute confidently, and use performance data to refine campaigns and unlock growth opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
You will lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of digital marketing activity across a broad mix of channels, ensuring campaigns are creative, targeted, and commercially effective.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies across social media, PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and paid media
- Planning and executing user acquisition campaigns designed to grow audience reach and customer conversion
- Optimising conversion funnels and customer journey strategies to improve engagement and maximise performance
- Collaborating with CRM and product teams to align campaigns with retention, loyalty, and customer lifecycle initiatives
- Managing digital advertising budgets and ensuring strong return on ad spend across channels
- Monitoring campaign performance, analysing KPIs, and producing clear, commercially relevant reports and insights for senior management
- Working with affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to strengthen brand reach and digital visibility
- Staying current with global digital marketing trends, platform developments, and evolving consumer behaviour
What our client is looking for:
This role calls for an experienced digital marketing professional with a strong grasp of performance marketing and a proven understanding of the hospitality sector.
Your key job responsibilities will include:
- 3 to 6+ years of experience in digital marketing
- Extensive experience working with hospitality brands
- Strong knowledge of key digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic advertising, SEO, and affiliate marketing
- Experience managing multi-channel campaigns with a clear focus on acquisition, engagement, and conversion
- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh ideas in a highly competitive consumer market
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field would be advantageous
Nice to have
The following would be beneficial but is not essential:
- Experience using CRM automation platforms such as Braze, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
