Senior CRM Specialist – iGaming, Betting & Gambling job – Highly competitive salary – Cape Town, South Africa

A fast-growing iGaming & Sports Betting operator is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist to lead targeted, data-driven campaigns and create personalised player journeys across the full lifecycle. This is a great opportunity to join a high-growth operation and play a key role in player engagement, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies that engage players from onboarding through to retention and reactivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, Push and On-site

  • Build and optimise player lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, retention and reactivation

  • Develop player segments using behavioural, transactional and value-based data

  • Personalise campaigns based on player preferences, behaviour and value

  • Monitor CRM performance, retention, conversion and churn

  • Conduct A/B testing and use data to continuously optimise campaigns

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Analytics and Creative teams

  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory and responsible gaming requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years’ experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing or Direct Marketing

  • Experience in iGaming, Sports Betting or digital entertainment is highly advantageous

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel CRM campaigns

  • Experience with platforms such as Optimove, Braze, FastTrack, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Excellent attention to detail, organisation and communication skills

  • A data-driven, commercial and proactive mindset
