  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive lead generation, market research, industry networking, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
  • Create compelling commercial proposals and presentations tailored to individual operator requirements.
  • Represent the business at major iGaming conferences, exhibitions, and networking events across Africa and internationally.
  • Build strong relationships with operators, strategic partners, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring pipeline activity, forecasts, and opportunities remain up to date.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful delivery for new clients.
  • Support regional commercial planning, pricing strategies, and partnership initiatives.
  • Produce accurate commercial documentation while maintaining exceptional attention to detail throughout the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in a senior Business Development or B2B Sales role within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven success selling gaming platforms, aggregation, casino technology, or related iGaming solutions into African markets.
  • A strong existing network of African operators, regulators, affiliates, or key industry contacts.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and licensing requirements across multiple African jurisdictions.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, build sales pipelines, and consistently close high-value commercial agreements.
  • Experience managing complex international sales cycles from initial engagement through to signed contracts.
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to travel regularly throughout Africa and Europe.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Professional working proficiency in French.
  • Experience working across multiple regulated African gaming markets.
