A growing iGaming and sports betting business is looking for a hands-on Project Manager – iGaming Platforms and Digital Operations to manage platform projects, system migrations, supplier delivery and digital operational improvements.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital platforms, customer journeys, payments, KYC, website functionality, tracking, promotions and supplier management within a fast-paced online environment.
About the Role
The Project Manager will coordinate and manage key projects across platform operations, system migrations, website and mobile functionality, payment provider integrations, game launches, promotional tools, affiliate tracking and technical issue resolution.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, external platform providers, payment providers, game suppliers, compliance partners, marketing teams, technical suppliers and senior management to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and with minimal operational disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital, platform, operational and technology-related projects from planning through to delivery.
- Coordinate system migrations, platform changes and technology transitions.
- ons.Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, risk logs, issue trackers and status reports.
- Manage suppliers, third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery against agreed timelines.
- Coordinate website, mobile, UI and UX improvements, including testing of registration flows, landing pages, promo pages, banners and customer journeys
- Support game provider integrations and new game launches.
- Manage payment-related projects and issues, including deposits, withdrawals, failed transactions, payment flows and provider escalations.
- Coordinate KYC, AML, OTP and verification-related projects and technical issues.
- Oversee testing of bonus, promotion and campaign setups before launch.
- Manage affiliate tracking links, pixels, postbacks and conversion tracking issues
- Support technical SEO tasks, including sitemap, indexing, crawl error, mobile usability and Google Search Console-related issues
- Maintain project trackers, issue logs, incident logs and weekly project reports.
- Identify risks, blockers and recurring operational issues, and escalate where required.

Requirements
- Proven project management experience, ideally within iGaming, sports betting, online casino, fintech, ecommerce, payments, digital platforms or technology operations.
- Experience managing suppliers, platform providers, payment providers or third-party technology partners.
- Experience with system migrations, platform transitions or digital transformation projects would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, including registration, login, deposits, withdrawals, verification, promotions, affiliate tracking and mobile usage
- Ability to manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong organisational, communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using project management, ticketing or issue tracking tools.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise based on business and customer impact.
Advantageous Experience
- iGaming, sportsbook or online casino platform experience
- Payment integrations, cashier flows, payment reconciliation or webhook-related issue management
- KYC, AML, OTP or customer verification flows.
- Affiliate tracking, pixels, postbacks and attribution tools.
- Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or similar digital tools
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data migration and technical testing processes
- UX, CRO, SEO or website optimisation project experience.
