We’re looking for an experienced Online Casino Manager to join a growing iGaming operation in Guatemala City, Guatemala.
This is an opportunity for a commercially driven casino professional to take ownership of the online casino experience — from game performance and player engagement to promotions, content, and revenue growth.
The Role
As Online Casino Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the performance and development of the casino vertical, ensuring players have an engaging, competitive, and commercially successful experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the online casino strategy in line with overall business objectives.
- Manage and optimise the casino game portfolio, ensuring the right mix of content for the target market.
- Analyse casino performance, player behaviour, revenue, retention, and other key KPIs to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and manage casino promotions, campaigns, tournaments, and player engagement initiatives.
- Work closely with CRM, Marketing, Product, Payments, and other internal teams to maximise player value.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging casino products to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with game providers and external partners.
- Identify underperforming games and opportunities to improve casino performance and profitability.
- Ensure the casino offering remains fresh, relevant, compliant, and aligned with player expectations.
- Provide regular performance insights and recommendations to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an Online Casino Management role within the iGaming industry.
- Strong understanding of online casino products, games, player behaviour, and commercial performance.
- Experience managing casino content, promotions, game providers, and casino campaigns.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Understanding of player acquisition, retention, engagement, and monetisation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of the Latin American iGaming market would be highly advantageous.
