What You’ll Be Doing

As the Affiliate Manager, you will take ownership of affiliate acquisition and performance across Nigeria, working closely with marketing, CRM, product, and commercial teams to drive player growth through high-quality affiliate partnerships.

You will be responsible for building a strong affiliate pipeline, negotiating commercial deals, monitoring performance, and ensuring partners are aligned with the brand’s acquisition strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new affiliate partners across Nigeria and relevant African markets
  • Managing and growing relationships with existing affiliates, media partners, tipsters, communities, influencers, and performance marketing partners
  • Negotiating CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and bespoke commercial deals
  • Monitoring affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversion rates, player value, and ROI
  • Working with affiliates to optimise campaigns, landing pages, offers, content, and promotional activity
  • Ensuring all affiliate campaigns are aligned with brand, compliance, responsible gambling, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborating with internal marketing, creative, CRM, and product teams to improve conversion and retention
  • Analysing performance data and providing clear reporting on affiliate activity, revenue, and acquisition trends
  • Keeping a close eye on competitor activity, market movement, affiliate trends, and emerging acquisition channels
  • Building long-term, commercially valuable partnerships that support sustainable growth

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Affiliate Manager who understands the mechanics of performance marketing in the betting industry. You should be comfortable working in a high-growth environment where speed, accountability, and commercial thinking matter.

You should bring:

  • Proven experience in affiliate management, ideally within iGaming, sports betting, casino, fintech, digital media, or performance marketing
  • Strong knowledge of the Nigerian sports betting market and local player behaviour
  • An existing network of affiliate partners, publishers, influencers, betting communities, or digital acquisition channels would be a major advantage
  • Experience negotiating CPA, revenue share, hybrid, and performance-based agreements
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret traffic, conversion, retention, and revenue data
  • A clear understanding of acquisition funnels, campaign optimisation, player value, and ROI
  • Excellent relationship-building and partner management skills
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify what will actually drive revenue
  • Confidence working with marketing platforms, affiliate tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
