Our client, a growing and ambitious player in the online gaming space, is looking for an Affiliate & Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of player growth across sportsbook and casino products. This is a role for someone who understands how to build profitable affiliate relationships, optimise acquisition performance, and turn traffic into long-term revenue.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable acquisition through a combination of affiliate partnerships and paid marketing channels. You will own the full acquisition cycle, from recruiting and onboarding new partners to launching campaigns, optimising performance, improving conversion quality, and delivering measurable ROI.
You will work across a highly competitive environment where commercial thinking, strong data analysis, and smart execution are essential. This is not a seat-warming marketing role. It is about delivering real growth.
Your Key Job Responsibilities will include:
- You will identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates, publishers, and media partners across sportsbook and casino verticals. Building strong, long-term relationships with key partners will be central to your success, along with negotiating competitive and commercially sound commission structures across CPA, Revenue Share, and Hybrid models.
- You will activate and optimise affiliate campaigns using the right creatives, landing pages, tracking links, and offers, while continuously reviewing performance to scale the strongest partnerships and phase out underperforming sources. You will be expected to take real ownership of affiliate channel revenue and ROI.
- On the paid acquisition side, you will plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across channels such as Google, Programmatic, Paid Media, and other acquisition-focused activity. You will manage campaign structure, audience segmentation, testing strategies, and scaling opportunities, always with an eye on conversion quality and acquisition efficiency.
- You will work closely with CRM teams to improve onboarding, retention, and player lifetime value, while collaborating with Creative and Social teams to sharpen messaging and improve funnel performance.
- A big part of this role will sit in the numbers. You will track and analyse key metrics such as CPA, FTDs, NGR, ROI, LTV, churn, and conversion rates, ensuring tracking and attribution are accurate across all channels. You will also produce clear performance reports with actionable insights for senior stakeholders and identify areas where the acquisition funnel can be improved.
- Just as importantly, you will play a key role in protecting the brand. You will monitor affiliate content and acquisition activity to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, responsible gaming standards, and internal brand guidelines. You will also be expected to identify fraud risks, suspicious traffic, and poor-quality acquisition sources through regular partner and traffic audits.
- You will stay close to the market too, keeping tabs on competitors, affiliate programmes, and emerging acquisition opportunities across sportsbook and casino. The business wants someone who is not just reactive, but proactive enough to spot growth opportunities before everyone else piles in.
Requirements for this role:
- You should bring 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, acquisition, or performance marketing, ideally within iGaming, sports betting, or another regulated online gaming environment.
- You will need proven experience building, managing, and growing affiliate partnerships, along with hands-on exposure to affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Income Access, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.
- A strong understanding of commission models including CPA, CPL, Revenue Share, and Hybrid is important, as is experience running paid acquisition campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Programmatic, and wider paid media.
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be advantageous, but it is not essential. Exposure to SEO, digital marketing fundamentals, and acquisition funnels would also be useful.
