We’re looking for an experienced Online Sportsbook Manager to join a growing iGaming and sports betting operation in Guatemala City.

The Role
As Online Sportsbook Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance and commercial success of the online sportsbook, working closely with product, trading, marketing, CRM and other key teams to optimise the player journey and maximise sportsbook performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the online sportsbook
- Develop and implement sportsbook strategies aligned with commercial and business objectives
- Monitor key sportsbook KPIs, player activity, betting volumes, revenue and profitability
- Analyse customer behaviour and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimisation
- Work closely with Trading teams to ensure competitive odds, markets and betting experiences
- Collaborate with Product and Technology teams on sportsbook improvements, features and optimisation
- Partner with Marketing and CRM teams to develop sportsbook promotions, campaigns and player engagement initiatives
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to maintain a competitive sportsbook offering
- Identify opportunities to improve player acquisition, retention, engagement and lifetime value
- Ensure sportsbook operations adhere to relevant regulatory, responsible gambling and compliance requirements
- Manage operational issues and work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless player experience
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
- Lead, mentor and develop sportsbook team members where applicable
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing an online sportsbook within the iGaming or sports betting industry
- Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, trading, betting products and player behaviour
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on revenue, profitability and performance
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with Trading, Product, Marketing, CRM and Technology teams
- Good understanding of sportsbook KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of the online sports betting landscape and competitive environment
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach
