  • Coordinate upcoming releases, exclusive launches, network promotions, prize drops, tournaments and provider-funded campaigns.
  • Act as the central operational contact for provider content, launch timelines, promotional mechanics, asset requirements and availability issues.
  • Resolve issues relating to integrations, certification, game feeds, releases, missing assets and performance.
  • Monitor provider performance and identify opportunities to strengthen player engagement, commercial outcomes and content mix.

Compliance, Regulatory & Approval Coordination

  • Work closely with compliance teams to ensure games, promotional mechanics and placements meet internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate submissions, approvals, certifications and supporting documentation for new games, product changes and campaign activity.
  • Liaise with South African gambling boards and relevant regulatory bodies where required.
  • Ensure all game content and promotional activity remain aligned with licence conditions, responsible gambling standards and applicable regulatory requirements.

Promotional Delivery & Retention Support

  • Play a central role in planning and executing game-led promotional activity.
  • Deliver network promotions, tournaments, launch campaigns, prize initiatives and other engagement mechanics.
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing teams on campaign calendars, player segmentation, bonus positioning and promotional messaging.
  • Brief and coordinate creative requirements with design teams, including banners, thumbnails, launch assets and promotional graphics.
  • Ensure launches and campaigns are operationally ready, commercially sound and delivered to deadline.

Market, Competitor & Commercial Management

  • Monitor the South African iGaming and casino-content landscape to ensure the offering remains relevant and competitive.
  • Benchmark competitor providers, releases, tournaments, lobby structures, promotional approaches and merchandising practices.
  • Recommend improvements based on player demand, market trends, supplier innovation and commercial opportunity.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and propose new providers, game mechanics or promotional formats that differentiate the product.

Cross-Functional Operations

  • Work closely with Product, Operations, Compliance, CRM, Marketing, Design and external partners.
  • Support incident management and escalation for game-related issues, including launch delays, broken content, provider disputes and missing assets.
  • Build and maintain clear launch processes, trackers, calendars, reporting and content-management documentation.
  • Contribute a practical operational and commercial perspective to wider product and promotional planning.

What You Will Bring:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience within iGaming, online casino, gaming content, product operations or provider management.

  • Strong stakeholder-management capability across internal teams, suppliers and external partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and operational follow-through.
  • A commercially minded approach that balances compliance, customer experience and revenue opportunity.
  • Confidence working with performance data, content reporting and competitor analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Skills:
