Casino Manager – iGaming, Betting, & Gambling job – Highly competitive salary – Cape Town, South Africa

The casino floor has moved online. The pace is faster, the competition is ruthless, and players expect more than a generic game lobby and a recycled bonus.

Our client is looking for a high-energy, commercially astute Casino Manager to take charge of a growing online casino proposition and help turn it into a market leader.

This is a role for someone who knows that casino success is not just about loading new games and sending promotions. It is about building an experience that keeps players engaged, entertained and coming back for more.

You will own the casino strategy, drive revenue growth, lead promotional activity, challenge suppliers, optimise game performance and work closely with CRM, marketing, VIP, product and operations teams to create a casino offering players genuinely want to spend time in.

What You Will Own

  • The performance, growth and commercial direction of the online casino vertical.
  • A casino roadmap that keeps the product fresh, competitive and ahead of the market.
  • High-impact promotional campaigns, tournaments, jackpots, missions and game launches.
  • Game portfolio performance, including identifying winners, fixing underperformers and spotting new opportunities early.
  • Casino player journeys across acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation and VIP.
  • Supplier relationships, commercial opportunities and new content partnerships.
  • Revenue-driving initiatives across GGR, turnover, active players, retention and player value.
  • Clear reporting and actionable insight for senior management.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Build and execute a casino strategy that drives growth, engagement and long-term player value.
  • Create campaigns that feel exciting, relevant and commercially effective — not another “deposit and get spins” clone.
  • Work with CRM and marketing teams to deliver segmented, personalised player communications.
  • Analyse player behaviour, game trends, campaign performance and competitor activity to identify opportunities before everyone else does.
  • Collaborate with game providers to secure strong content, exclusive opportunities, promotional support and standout launches.
  • Partner with VIP teams to create compelling casino experiences for high-value players.
  • Work closely with product and operations teams to improve the casino journey from first deposit through to loyal player status.
  • Ensure casino activity remains compliant, responsible and commercially sustainable.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and have the confidence to push them through.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in online casino, iGaming, sports betting or a related digital gaming environment.
  • Strong understanding of online casino products, providers, promotions, player behaviour and retention mechanics.
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into decisions and decisions into revenue.
  • Experience managing casino promotions, game portfolios, campaigns or player lifecycle activity.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across marketing, CRM, product, VIP, operations and external suppliers.
  • Someone who is naturally curious, highly organised and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
  • A self-starter with enough energy to keep up with the industry and enough discipline to move the numbers.

Why This Opportunity?

This is not a back-office casino role with a long list of approvals and no room to make an impact.

You will have the opportunity to influence a major growth area, shape the player proposition, work with leading suppliers and build campaigns that people actually want to talk about.

Cape Town is the location. Online casino growth is the mission. Be the person who makes the vertical impossible to ignore.
