About the role:
As the Digital Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-quality digital creative that supports marketing campaigns, promotional activity, product launches, and broader brand initiatives. You will take campaign ideas and marketing briefs and transform them into compelling assets across web, mobile, email, social media, and motion-based formats.
Working closely with internal teams across marketing, CRM, product, and other functions, you will play a key role in ensuring creative output is engaging, responsive, on-brand, and aligned to campaign objectives.

What youll be doing:
You will turn campaign strategies, marketing briefs, and promotional concepts into visually engaging digital assets designed to capture attention and drive action. Your key job responsibilities will include:
- Designing conversion-focused creative for web, mobile, email, and social channels
- Producing high-impact campaign assets including stills, GIFs, carousels, and motion-based content
- Creating responsive, mobile-first designs that reflect user behaviour and platform best practice
- Designing and animating video and motion content for social and digital platforms
- Supporting campaign launches, promotional calendars, and wider marketing initiatives
- Contributing to the evolution and consistency of brand and campaign design guidelines
- Building campaign toolkits to support consistent execution across digital channels
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver creative aligned with business and campaign goals
- Keeping up to date with emerging design trends, platform developments, and digital best practice
- Continuously improving creative quality, efficiency, and output
What our client is looking for
To succeed in this role, you should bring solid experience in digital design along with a portfolio that shows your ability to create campaign-led creative for online audiences.
The requirements are:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a digital design role
- Experience gained within iGaming, digital marketing, online platforms, or agency environments
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality digital campaign creative
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with Angular or React exposure seen as advantageous
- A strong understanding of digital and social media asset formats
- Solid knowledge of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first principles
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all output
- The ability to work at pace, manage deadlines, and deliver under pressure
