A dynamic online gaming and betting brand is looking for a highly creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join its growing creative team. Working across multiple brands and markets, this role calls for a conceptual thinker who can also deliver high-volume, high-impact design assets with precision and flair. From campaign work and digital ads to brand-led visual content – you’ll play a key role in shaping the creative output for one of Africa’s fastest-growing entertainment platforms.

Your key job responsibilities as the Graphic Designer in Lusaka, Zambia will include:
- Design standout visuals for a variety of brand and performance marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to bring briefs to life with visually compelling solutions.
- Execute both big-picture creative concepts and hands-on asset production.
- Contribute to the development of above-the-line promotions and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Adapt designs across multiple brands and audiences, switching styles and tones as needed.
- Storyboard motion content and collaborate with motion designers to create engaging social media visuals.
- Maintain quality and brand consistency under tight deadlines.
- Support and mentor junior designers within the team.
Requirements for this Graphic Designer job in Lusaka, Zambia:
- At least 7 years of proven experience in graphic design, ideally within the betting, gaming, or digital entertainment industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (required).
- Exceptional design execution and strong visual storytelling ability.
- Experience working across multiple brands or campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
- Bonus: Skills in motion graphics and storyboarding for animated content.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both conceptual and production design work.
- A degree in Graphic Design or related field is advantageous but not essential.
