We’re looking for a visionary Senior Content Creator to shape and amplify this brand’s voice across every digital platform. If you’re fluent in crypto lingo, obsessed with gaming, love Web3 memes, and know how to capture Gen Z and Millennial attention online – this is your stage.

This role calls for a creative strategist, storyteller, and hands-on producer in one. You’ll lead global content strategy, create viral content, direct creator partnerships, and ensure every piece of content speaks to the brand’s unique identity in the Web3 space.

Your key job responsibilities as the Senior Content Creator in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:

Own and lead the full content strategy across all digital touchpoints
Plan and execute campaigns across X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, blog, and email
Stay ahead of trends in Web3, online gambling, and entertainment, injecting them into content in real time
Conceptualize, script, design, and produce high-performing content including:
Memes, reels, and viral short-form videos
Web3 explainers, product tutorials, and community stories
Tournament highlights, motion graphics, and campaign assets
Brief and manage freelance creators, editors, and influencers
Shape a confident, bold, and edgy brand personality
Maintain tone consistency across marketing, social, community, and PR
Use content performance data to iterate, experiment, and optimize
Drive engagement, retention, and loyalty through smart, impactful storytelling

Requirements for this Senior Content Creator job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

5–7+ years’ experience in content creation or creative direction, ideally in Web3, crypto, gaming, esports, or digital entertainment.
Deep understanding of crypto culture, online gambling communities, and what makes content go viral.
A strong portfolio of short-form content, social campaigns, and growth-driving creative.
Experience collaborating with creative teams, influencers, and digital platforms.
A love for storytelling, a killer sense of humour, and the ability to lead tone with precision.
Hands-on editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.).
Experience running influencer/ambassador content projects.
Design experience (Figma, Canva, motion graphics, meme design).
A natural obsession with trendsetting Web3, creator, and gaming brands that dominate online culture.
