Recruiters don’t spend very long reading a CV, so including the phrases that they’re looking for is guaranteed to make you stand out. A lot of recruiters also make use of CV databases and will search CVs based on those keywords in the job description – so make sure your CV has phrases you’d like to be found for on it.
Key Achievements
A CV is pretty much about showing off about yourself and talking about how great you would be at a particular job – but some people are still way too modest! Under each job title and description, include the most important, impressive, and relevant achievements. This could be anything from meeting and surpassing KPIs to successfully launching a campaign and winning an award.
