Your key job responsibilities as the Customer Service Agent in Cape Town will include:

  • Handling incoming contacts
  • Manage first-time contact resolution targets
  • Achieve the productivity and attendance targets
  • Handle the qualitative and quantitative personal goals to contribute to the team and department targets

Requirements for this Customer Service Agent job in Cape Town:

  • Experience in a customer service role preferably in the iGaming space
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
  • Great IT skills
  • Must be able to multi task
