The Outbound Call Centre Agent in Cape Town will be responsible for outbound calls to customers and assisting the Development Team with testing software upgrades

Responsibilities for the Outbound Call Centre Agent job in Cape Town:

  • Engage and interact with customers via email, live chat, phone and WhatsApp using in-depth knowledge of diverse range of betting products
  • Reporting on trends in customers behaviour
  • Assisting the Development Team with testing of software upgrades and reporting bugs
  • Generating content for the company website to assist customers in their use of our product
  • Be friendly, enthusiastic and able to thrive in a fast-paced 7 days-a-week business

Requirements for an Outbound Call Centre Agent job in Cape Town:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing role advantage
  • An understanding of Sports Betting
